Dr. Amanda Johnson has over 15 years of experience in education management, community engagement, and portfolio diversification. She currently works as an education consultant, where she reforms school districts to increase student achievement and resolve their operational challenges. Amanda is a former Administrator for the 10th largest school district. Here she partnered with the district as a Restorative Justice Practitioner. As a Restorative Justice Practitioner, she served as an education liaison between the Dean's, Counselors and students on how to effectively reduce student infractions. Subsequently, she increased the graduation rate with an average of 93% and increased collegiate enrollment. Furthering her academic accolades, Amanda earned her Doctorate of Education from Nova Southeastern University in Human Services.
