Owner and Chef Jenn, has created a menu that harmoniously blends plant-based eating with flavorful Caribbean spices. Furthermore, her Jamaican flair gives her vegan entrees a certain island vitality, that leaves you wanting to try everything on the menu. Hoaxtails, curry chick’n with rice & peas, chick’n & waffles, Scotch Bonnet boneless spare ribs, Jerk Mac, also stew rice and peas! My salivary glands!!! Oh and ice cream…Rum raisin, PB&J and egg nog Irie cream in addition to all of the other tantalizing foods on the plant based dessert menu. Dajen Eats has also partnered with @blooming_pastries to bring to you decadent baked vegan goods that could be mistaken for non-vegan!

Chef Jenn has taught at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation House @emerilorg, featured in the Orlando Weekly  and furthermore, she was awarded the 20th Foodie Award by @orlandosentinelevents.
